Mission/ Core purpose of the Job
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to lead the development and implementation of our IoT & 5G wholesale product strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our IoT wholesale business by identifying and developing new product opportunities, creating go-to-market plans, and working closely with cross-functional teams to bring new products to market.

The Product Manager IoT & 5G portfolio will be accountable to achieve the following objectives:
- Ideate, Identify and Launch an overall M2M & IoT Connectivity P roduct/Solution strategy which covers all IoT connectivity requirements and Use case.
- Determining market size and opportunities for growth for existing and new customers including the trade-offs between various product lines
- Ensure involvement in commercial activities and GTM, such as business development, sales meetings and planning, customer bid presentations, and special pricing.
- Responsible for customer experience lifecycle for IoT & 5G portfolio
- Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and customer needs to inform product development decisions
- Developing annual product roadmaps
- Understanding market pricing and opportunities/risks to existing and new customers.
- Prepare joint sales plans with the sales force
- Defining the product value proposition
- Liaise with MARCOM in order to initiate marketing campaigns, create awareness, develop sales collateral and product documentation to promote IoT Connectivity solutions.
- Developing reasons why customers will buy this service. Also identify deficiencies with the service that must be corrected. Prioritize fixes and coordinate with Technology.
- Lead cross functional teams in developing business cases to substantiate new initiatives related to the various product lines.
- Full Product life cycle management (training, certifications, Customer Experience improvement and driving technical and market strategic decisions).
- Making recommendations to reduce product costs
- Bottom line results expected \xe2\x80\x93 growing the number of customers and the revenues for the managed product portfolio.
- Minimum 4-year Academic Degree (BBA, Engineering/Computer Science)
- Post graduate qualification MBA/Masters (Economics, Business Management, Data Science) preferred
- Fluent in English.
- Minimum 10 years functional experience in Telecommunications, Technology, or related B2B industry experience
- Product Management experience required
- Project Management experience preferred
- Wholesale market knowledge, desirable
- Knowledge about International IPX, IoT, Roaming and 4/5G Technology
- Strong financial and analytical skills
- Understanding of product and software development process
- Effective public speaking
- Negotiation skills
- Good understanding of the telecommunication industry \xe2\x80\x93 especially wholesale carrier services is desirable
- Excellent technology skills with strong Excel (macros, pivot tables, look-ups and filtering), PowerPoint, Word and Analytical skills
- Ability to create a GTM strategy for wholesale IoT & 5G products basis \xe2\x80\x98What\xe2\x80\x99 & \xe2\x80\x98When\xe2\x80\x99 aspects focusing on sales and profitability growth
- Techno-commercial knowledge of wholesale mobility IoT & 5G market, especially in IPX , signalling and Roaming and the impact that changes in the environment will have on the business over the next 3 to 5 years
- Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders in a multi-cultural environment
- Ability to identify key issues in a situation and to think creatively and strategically in facing internal and external challenges
- Techno-commercial knowledge of wholesale mobility IoT and IPX/Roaming market and the impact that changes in the environment will have on the business over the next 3 to 5 years
- A working knowledge of business practices
- Knowledge of personnel policies
- Knowledge of risk management (a risk taker who carefully considers risk/reward) and business development
- Strong computer literacy
