What the job involves
- Supporting the Incubation mandate through FDD, planning, and active business development
- Developing execution strategies and business plans for incubation mandates
- Measuring and reporting performance and progress of incubated projects
- Managing pre-deal activities including identifying operating models and incubation targets complimenting Abu Dhabi\'s growth
- Identifying and connecting with all relevant internal stakeholders to keep them informed on progress, as well as obtaining support
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- A strong track record of building and contributing to building businesses in a managerial role
- Good knowledge of financial modelling and valuations
- Confident and articulate communicator both written and verbally
- Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, accounting, or finance
