Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the overall operations of the virtual reality club.

Recruit, train, and oversee a high-performing team dedicated to exceptional service and experience.

Organize and streamline operational processes to ensure the highest level of efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Develop strategies to enhance customer engagement and club performance. Manage budgets, forecasting, and all aspects of financial performance.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a manager, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role, preferably in the entertainment, hospitality, or retail industry.

Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing effective teams. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Fluent in English

Russian language preferred.

Passionate about technology and virtual reality, with a keen interest in staying abreast of industry trends.
