Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Safety, or related field
Extensive experience in HSE management within oil & gas EPC projects
Previous experience with ADNOC, Saudi Aramco, or major GCC oil & gas projects
Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Certification in HSE (NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent)
