Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership and oversight for all Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) activities across offshore Wellhead Towers (WHTs), subsea cable and piping installations, and brownfield/greenfield modifications.
Ensure safe execution of all project phases, compliance with regulatory requirements, and continuous improvement of HSE performance.
Develop and implement the Project HSE Plan, HSE strategy, and offshore safety management systems
Ensure compliance with local regulations, international standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001), and company HSE policies.
Oversee HSE compliance for subsea cable laying, trenching, burial, and termination activities.
Manage HSE aspects of tie?ins, shutdowns, and modifications on live offshore facilities.
Ensure strict control of SIMOPS, isolation plans, and safe work interfaces.
Coordinate with Operations to minimize production impact while maintaining safety integrity. Lead incident investigations using root cause analysis methodologies
Ensure compliance with regulatory authorities and classification societies.
Provide weekly/monthly HSE performance reports to senior management.
Experience Required
Minimum 20+ years in HSE Experience in offshore oil & gas.
Strong background in Offshore WHTs, Subsea cable & piping operations, Brownfield/greenfield modifications, Marine and vessel HSE
Proven track record in PMC or client-side roles, especially within ADNOC or similar environments
Previous experience in the ADNOC projects in the similar role would be an added advantage.
Certifications preferred: NEBOSH IGC/ NEBOSH Diploma / IOSH Managing Safely/ OHSAS/ISO Lead Auditor/ BOSIET/FOET, HUET, H2S
