Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding (MEA Region)
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
Coordinate job postings and manage applications (SmartRecruiters)
Liaise with recruitment agencies for sourcing talent
Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and schedule interviews
Prepare employment offers and contracts in coordination with HR managers
Manage immigration processes for non-nationals and pension registrations for locals
Drive continuous improvement of the onboarding process
Offboarding (MEA Region)
Prepare separation documents and finalize exit checklists
Manage employee terminations in HR systems
Coordinate with payroll for final settlements
Ideal Candidate:
Must be Arabic-speaking
min 2-3 years of HR operations experience in the Middle East
Strong understanding of regional employment laws and visa processes
Exceptional organizational and communication skills
Experience with HR systems (e.g., SmartRecruiters, HR Connect)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
