The role is to systematically manage the flow of onboarding deals within our organization, while adding quality control and overall value to implementation process and team.

Deal flow includes reviewing documentation with CCIB & Investment Banking Clients and Product Sales; ensuring the set-up team has all the required information to do the set-ups, ensuring the trainers train the clients on time

Ensuring the deals are managed end to end and closed timely to maintain utlization, time to revenue and turnaround time.

Responsible for the collection of 100% correct and complete documents required for setting up cash, trade and channel deals, sold to customers.

Oversee the preparation, revision, execution, scanning and archiving of client contracts, related to GTB cash & trade

Responsible for Time-to-Revenue of deals assigned, ensuring clients are onboarded in a fast, controlled and accurate way.

Prepare client contracts and forms, and send these to customers, as and when required

Documentation include reviewing the complex authorization matrix and partnering with the client on creation of the same.

Process these documents through the internal organisation for client signature verification and correct authorisations of GTB related documents for a customer

Verification of completeness of supporting documents and coordinate setup and activation in FAB systems

Track and follow up on outstanding client contracts and forms and ensure these are processed in accurate manner

Qualifications

Minimum a University Degree in finance, economics, Information Technology or equivalent

At least 5 - 8 years\' experience in a similar role or competencies in their recent career

Basic understanding of documentation interdependencies between account structures, payments, collection and electronic banking solutions

Language proficient: fluent (business) English, Arabic preferred
