A leading Gaming Retail group in the Middle East is looking for a Manager Designing and Production - Esports to produce and oversee digital and print creative solutions to address our marketing needs. Candidate should have in-depth knowledge of graphic design, styles and layout techniques. Should also have experience executing marketing projects from conception to production, including websites, brochures and product packaging. 5+ years experience in Graphic Designing and Production

• Proven work experience as a Senior Designer, Graphic Designer or similar role \xe2\x80\xa2 Portfolio of completed design projects

• Hands-on experience with image editing software, like Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, InDesign

• Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts and layouts

• Attention to visual details

• Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team

Responsibilities

• Oversee all design projects, from conception to delivery

• Design original pieces, including illustrations and infographics

• Review junior designers\xe2\x80\x99 work to ensure high quality

• Refine images, fonts and layouts using graphic design software

• Apply typography techniques

• Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/services

• Increase user friendliness in digital products

Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects

• Liaise with marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met

• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools

• Production of flyers, brochures, store display items, branding.

• Co-ordinating with printers for costing, production timelines, quantity & quality

• Managing Production for Events

Salary: AED 8,000 to 10,000 (Depending upon experience) Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month Experience:

• Managing Production: 2 years (Required)

• Graphic Designing: 3 years (Required)
