Our client, a leading organization in Dubai is seeking a manager to join their dynamic Funds team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Investments, contributing to the origination, evaluation, and execution of primary and secondary investments in various funds (private equity, private credit, infrastructure, venture capital and other asset classes) and secondaries (both LP and GP led transactions). You will also be responsible for portfolio management, investments monitoring and reporting.

Responsibilities:

- Support the origination of primary and secondary investments globally
- Monitor market developments and identify key trends
- Evaluate fund commitments and secondary investments
- Participate in due diligence meetings and coordinate analysis work-streams
- Liaise with internal and external counterparties for legal agreements and investment structures
- Support the execution of investments and obtain approval documentation
- Monitor fund performance and provide regular updates
- Prepare reports for effective decision-making
- Lead the identification and selection of external advisors and research firms
- Build and maintain strong relationships with advisors, GPs, and LPs

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in primaries and/or secondaries in leading financial institutions or private equity
- Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent in relevant subject areas
- Master\'s in finance/MBA or CFA preferred
- Excellent financial analysis and modeling skills
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Team-player with analytical skills and ability to work under pressure
