Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management:

Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations, ensuring timely and quality service delivery for all clients.

Team Leadership:

Lead, train, and motivate a team of technicians and support staff, promoting a culture of efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Client Relations:

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and swift resolution of issues.

Quality Control:

Develop and implement quality assurance processes to maintain the highest standards in maintenance and repair services.

Budget Management:

Plan and manage operational budgets, controlling costs while maximizing resource efficiency.

Vendor Management:

Coordinate with third-party vendors for specialized services, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions.

Compliance:

Ensure all maintenance operations adhere to local regulations and industry standards, with a strong emphasis on health and safety.

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience:

Minimum of 5+ years in a managerial role within the maintenance, facilities, or property management industry.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).

Leadership Skills:

Strong ability to lead and inspire a team, with a focus on accountability and continuous improvement.

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.

Problem-Solving:

Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to make critical decisions in high-pressure situations.

Tech-Savvy:

Proficient in maintenance management software and tools, as well as MS Office Suite.

Flexibility:

Willingness to work outside standard hours if necessary to handle urgent maintenance issues.
