Job Description
The Finance/ Revenue Assurance Manager
is responsible for overseeing the revenue assurance processes and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial transactions within the organization. The role involves identifying and mitigating revenue leakages, implementing controls, and driving process improvements to optimize revenue generation.Responsibilities:
Develop and implement revenue assurance strategies and processes. Monitor and analyze revenue streams to identify any anomalies or discrepancies. Implement and maintain controls to minimize revenue leakage and fraud risks. Perform regular audits and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of revenue data. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve revenue-related issues. Provide guidance and training to team members on revenue assurance processes and best practices. Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to revenue assurance.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in revenue assurance or financial auditing. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of revenue assurance best practices and industry standards. Experience in implementing and managing revenue assurance controls and processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
