Manage all aspects of financial operations including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and cash flow forecasting.
Prepare and present monthly MIS reports, budget variance analysis, and financial statements in compliance with regulatory standards.
Oversee VAT filings, corporate tax registration, and ensure adherence to UAE tax laws.
Implement and monitor internal control frameworks to ensure financial accuracy and risk mitigation.
Manage banking relationships, including guarantees, credit facilities, and reconciliations.
Support inventory audits, year-end closings, and liaise with external/internal auditors.
Drive cost optimization strategies, procurement policies, and financial planning initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ERP integration and financial system upgrades

Qualifications & Experience:

Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is mandatory.
Minimum 7-8 years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in the UAE.
Prior experience in medical retail, healthcare, or FMCG sectors is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of UAE VAT, corporate tax, and financial regulations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics, T365, Sage, and MS Office Suite etc.
Excellent analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
