About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Manager, Finance to join our team at a hotel. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations of the hotel, including accounting, budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting. This role requires a strong understanding of hospitality industry financial practices, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills.
Role Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial operations of the hotel, including accounting, budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting.
• Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures for the hotel.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for the hotel management team and corporate headquarters.
• Manage the hotel\'s cash flow and ensure that all financial obligations are met in a timely and accurate manner.
• Prepare and present financial forecasts and budgets to the hotel management team and corporate headquarters.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal financial regulations and reporting requirements.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
• Collaborate with other departments within the hotel to ensure financial goals are aligned with overall business objectives.
• Manage the hotel\'s banking relationships and ensure that all banking transactions are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Provide financial guidance and support to other departments within the hotel.
  

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in finance or accounting required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of hospitality industry financial practices and reporting requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
• Experience with financial reporting software and systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
