Job Title: Manager - Food & Beverage



Reports to:

CEO / Managing Director

Business Units / Divisions

: Cafe, Restaurants, General Trading, Retail etc

Role Overview:



The Manager - Food & Beverage is responsible for driving

revenue growth, brand performance, and operational excellence

across all F&B brands and locations. The role requires a strong balance of

commercial strategy, operational leadership, brand development, and people management

, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability across the group.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Revenue Generation & Business Growth



Develop and execute strategies to increase

footfall, average ticket size, repeat business, and order volumes

across all brands. Set, track, and achieve

monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets

for each brand and outlet. Plan and launch

sales promotions, seasonal campaigns, loyalty programs, and brand collaborations

to improve visibility and conversion. Collaborate closely with

digital marketing teams

to drive online visibility, social media promotions, and paid campaigns where required. Strengthen partnerships with

delivery aggregators and online platforms

to enhance digital sales and improve ranking, visibility, and conversion rates.

2. Business Performance & Financial Management



Review and analyse

P&L statements

for each brand and outlet, identifying opportunities to improve revenue and reduce controllable costs. Lead initiatives to improve

gross margins, labor efficiency, food cost control, and overall profitability

. Monitor

daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports

, identifying gaps and implementing corrective actions where targets are not met. Ensure effective

budgeting, forecasting, and cost management

across all F&B operations. Drive customer acquisition while fostering

brand loyalty through consistent quality and value-driven offerings

.

3. Brand Strategy & Market Development



Strengthen each brand's

identity, positioning, and differentiation

within competitive markets. Identify

new market opportunities

, customer segments, and potential outlet expansion locations. Work closely with

marketing, product development, and culinary teams

to launch new products, menus, and concepts aligned with brand strategy. Ensure brand consistency across

store design, service standards, menu presentation, and customer experience

.

4. Operational Oversight (Supporting Revenue Goals)



Ensure

operational standards and SOPs

are consistently followed to deliver a seamless customer experience. Oversee outlet-level execution, supporting

Operations Managers and Store Managers

in achieving performance targets. Monitor service quality, speed of service, hygiene, and compliance with

local food safety regulations

across all regions. Implement and review SOPs that balance

profitability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction

.

5. Team Leadership & People Management



Lead and inspire outlet and management teams with a

performance- and revenue-driven mindset

. Coach managers and supervisors on

sales techniques, upselling, cross-selling, and customer retention strategies

. Work closely with

HR

to recruit, train, develop, and retain high-performing talent. Build a strong leadership pipeline by mentoring

Outlet Managers, Operations Managers, and support teams

. Foster a culture of

accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement

.

6. Reporting, Governance & Accountability



Provide

regular performance reports and strategic updates

to the CEO, covering sales performance, growth challenges, and market trends. Ensure all decisions are

data-driven

, transparent, and aligned with company objectives. Track KPIs across sales, operations, marketing, and people performance. Ensure compliance with

company policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements

across all operating regions.

Key Skills & Competencies



Strong commercial acumen with hands-on

P&L management

experience Proven ability to scale and manage

multi-brand, multi-location F&B operations

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Deep understanding of

QSR, cafe, retail food, and delivery-based business models

Data-driven decision-making and analytical mindset Experience working with

aggregators, digital platforms, and marketing teams


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
