Essential Duties And Responsibilities:

Lead a team of technicians, Supervision and schedule the site work and in house fabrication in MS projects for quality projects in time
Design SLD for the distribution of the panels and prepare automation system architecture
Preparation of Control Philosophy and functional specification from process description
Control panel designing using E-plan according to project specification and PID
Design plant electrical layout and prepare cable schedule with standard sizing calculations.
Prepare Loop Drawings for the interconnection of panels, local control stations, PLC Panels, field instruments and actuators.
Preparation of BOQ for Panel Assembly and Site Cabling works.

Skills:

Designing Electrical and Control system based on equipment list, process description and P&ID
Programming, testing and commissioning of PLC\xe2\x80\x99s, SCADA, HMI, VFD and soft starters.
E-plan Electric or Electrical CAD is mandatory.
Experience in drafting SLDs, control panel schematics, and plant/site electrical layouts
Preparation of control philosophy and functional specification from process description.
Preparation of FAT and SAT protocols
Good Proposal and Estimation Skills for the Automation Jobs.
MS Projects and other MS OFFICE Tools
Result oriented planning (resources, time, quality)
Project and team management
Risk assessment & control
Very good oral and written English skills absolutely required, additional languages skills are an advantage, especially in Arabic and German.
Having a working experience in UAE and other GCC/ North African region.
UAE Driving license is mandatory.
