Job Overview
We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our automotive customization workshop. This role focuses on managing staff, ensuring smooth workflow, maintaining quality standards, and handling customer coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily workshop operations and job flow. Supervise technicians and ensure work is completed on time. Coordinate with customers regarding job status and delivery timelines. Ensure quality control for all services including starlight headliners, ambient lighting, interior upgrades, wraps, and related work. Handle basic scheduling, task assignments, and follow-ups. Maintain workshop discipline, cleanliness, and professionalism. Report daily progress and operational issues to ownership.
Requirements
Previous experience managing a workshop, garage, or service-based business. Strong leadership and communication skills. Basic understanding of automotive customization or car accessories. Ability to manage people, timelines, and pressure. Organized, responsible, and solution-oriented.
