Maintain strong relationships with contractors, installers, trades, and external service providers.

4. Sales Support & Customer Experience

6. Financial & Administrative Oversight
Monitor daily sales, job margins, and operational expenses.
Approve supplier invoices, contractor payments, and reconcile daily takings.
Assist management with reporting, budgeting, and business planning.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety, industry standards, and company policies.
7. Automotive Knowledge & Technical Understanding
