Position Summary

Bismi Wholesale is seeking an experienced and proactive

Manager

to oversee daily operations, lead the team, and ensure smooth functioning of all wholesale activities. The Manager will be responsible for supervising staff, optimizing sales performance, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring high standards of customer service. This role requires strong leadership, decision making ability, and a deep understanding of wholesale business operations.

Oversee daily store and warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity. Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment. Ensure all departments including sales, cashiering, logistics, and warehouse operate according to company standards. Implement company policies, procedures, and quality control measures. Analyze sales trends, customer preferences, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth. Develop promotional strategies and oversee execution of offers, pricing, and merchandising. Supervise, train, and evaluate staff performance across all departments. Prepare staff schedules, assign tasks, and ensure adequate manpower coverage. Conduct team meetings, provide coaching, and maintain a positive and productive work environment. Address customer concerns and resolve issues professionally and promptly. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and wholesale buyers. Ensure excellent service standards and a customer focused environment.
