Role Overview

As the Pharmaceutical Operations Manager, you will oversee day-to-day production, supply chain, quality compliance, and process optimization to ensure the efficient and compliant manufacture of pharmaceutical products. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including QA/QC, R&D, regulatory, and logistics.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and streamline manufacturing operations to meet production goals and regulatory requirements Ensure compliance with cGMP, FDA, and other global regulatory standards Oversee supply chain, inventory management, and vendor coordination Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs Collaborate with QA/QC and regulatory teams during audits and inspections Develop SOPs, training programs, and performance metrics for operational teams Manage budgets, timelines, and team performance

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Engineering, or related field 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or operations Strong knowledge of GMP, FDA, ICH, and quality compliance frameworks Experience in managing cross-functional teams and large-scale operations Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills ERP or manufacturing system knowledge (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.)
