Roles & Responsibilities
We're looking for a dynamic Manager to support our field operations, manage client coordination, ensure smooth deployments, and oversee compliance and absentee management.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Coordination & Site Visits
Monitor Daily Attendance
Track Idle Staff & Demobilizations
Manage Timesheet Collection
Inspect New Sites & Confirm Readiness
Weekly Reporting to Operations Manager
Desired Candidate Profile
Any Nationality
Any Graduation
3-5 years in Operations (manpower industry).
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Excel and report writing.
Field-ready with multitasking ability
UAE Driving License (mandatory)
English & Hindi fluency (mandatory)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
