Roles and Responsibilities

1.? ?Regulatory Compliance

Ensure the clinic operates in line with UAE health authority regulations (DHA, DOH, MOHAP). Maintain updated licenses for the clinic and healthcare professionals. Prepare for and manage regulatory audits and inspections. Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and patient data protection standards.
2.? ?Operational Management

Oversee daily clinic functions including reception, appointment scheduling, and medical recordkeeping. Ensure smooth patient flow and efficient utilization of resources. Coordinate clinic services to meet patient expectations and healthcare goals.
3.? ?Financial Oversight

Develop and manage clinic budgets. Monitor billing, insurance claims (including coordination with local insurers like Daman, Oman Insurance, etc.), and collections. Ensure accurate medical coding and financial reporting per UAE accounting standards.
4.? ?Human Resource Management

Recruit, onboard, and manage administrative and medical staff. Coordinate with PROs (Public Relations Officers) for visa processing, labor contracts, and health licensing renewals. Organize staff training on DHA/DOH/MOHAP compliance, safety protocols, and customer service.
5.? ?Patient Relations and Experience

Address patient concerns and complaints promptly and professionally. Implement patient satisfaction surveys and improvement programs. Maintain high standards of hospitality, especially in multicultural settings.
6.? ?Facility and Equipment Management

Ensure medical equipment is maintained and calibrated as per UAE guidelines. Supervise clinic cleanliness, infection control protocols, and waste management in line with MOHAP or DHA standards.
7.? ?Strategic Development

Collaborate with owners or medical directors on clinic growth plans. Identify service gaps and implement new specialties or improvements.

Key Skills and Qualifications (UAE-specific)

Language: English is essential; Arabic is highly beneficial. Experience: At least 3-5 years in healthcare management, ideally in the UAE or GCC. System Knowledge: Familiarity with UAE-based NABIDH systems
