Role Overview:
Lead the Joinery Division:
Establish, manage, and scale operations from the ground up.
Business Development:
Identify new opportunities and build long-term client relationships.
Project Execution:
Oversee joinery and fit-out projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets are consistently met.
Team Management:
Recruit, train, and manage a skilled workforce.
Profitability & Growth:
Drive the division's profitability with innovative strategies and operational excellence.
Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience in
joinery, fit-outs, or woodworks
with leadership or business development experience.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently.
Strong network within the construction, fit-out, or joinery industries.
Excellent project management and communication skills.
Results-driven with a passion for craftsmanship and quality.
