is seeking an experienced and motivated Manager (Mortgage/Tele Sales) to lead our team. The ideal candidate will oversee sales operations, drive revenue growth through mortgage product sales, and ensure team performance meets organizational goals.

Role: MANAGER

What You'll Do :

Generate and convert leads from both inbound & outbound sources. Pitch Free Room's premium subscription plans to homeowners and property managers. Build rapport and consult to drive subscription closures Maintain CRM discipline and follow up rigorously on the sales pipeline Share insights to improve scripts, funnel performance, and strategy. Make high-volume outbound calls to warm and cold leads Engage decision-makers in compelling conversations about our software Understand client pain points and tailor solutions that actuallyhelp Book demos, close deals, and celebrate big wins Work with a supportive, high-energy sales team that loves what they do. Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest mortgage products and financial services. Application Process: Assist clients in completing mortgage applications accurately and on time. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, banks, and financial institutions. Negotiation: Negotiate mortgage terms with banks to secure favorable rates and conditions for clients. Compliance: Ensure all transactions comply with regulatory requirements and company policies. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and application outcomes.

What We Need :

Atleast 2 years experienced in B2B telesales, classified ad sales, or SaaS/subscription-based selling. Track record of hitting or exceeding monthly targets. Fluent in English and other languages are a plus. Strong communication, resilience, and a goal-oriented mindset. Comfortable in a structured, fast-paced office environment. Confident communicator with a consultative sales approach Self motivated and results driven Tech savvy and quick to learn new systems You need to bring energy, hustle, and a positive attitude every single day
