Position Summary Our Strategic Advisory team requires an experienced Manager with real estate advisory experience to join our team in UAE. The successful candidate will have proven experiences in Project and portfolio management in real estate advisory services on large-scale international projects ideally in UAE, KSA and the wider Middle East region. The role will require strategy and management consulting experience in real estate and infrastructure. You will work collaboratively with a range of development authorities, key stakeholders in Public and private sectors, and business leadership in the residential, commercial, and industrial real estate sectors. The right candidate will be based in UAE but will be required to work across the broader Middle East. Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities: Project Management

• Steer project execution to deliver agreed upon service aligned with client expectations.
• Project Manage all aspects of time, cost, and quality for our consulting projects.
• Work together with our technical advisors, engineers, planners and commercial consultants to bring integrated offerings to our clients.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to provide input into integrated service offerings such as master planning and land development with specific focus on digital and net zero elements to drive Business case developments, capital plan developments.
• Manage stakeholders and drive alignment and buy-in for across our projects.
• Build lasting relationships and influence senior colleagues and clients in leading roles.
• Build strong internal relationships across the AtkinsR\xc3\xa9alis business.

Project Delivery

• Lead delivery on client assignments; key tasks include stakeholder management, Prepare client presentations, work products and deliverables.
• Undertake real estate market study across asset classes such as Residential, Office, Retail, Industrial, Hospitality etc.
• Interpret socio economic indicators and use them to form the current and future demand models by asset classes
• Undertake demand supply assessments and develop future outlook based on KPIs such as rental rates, sales prices, occupancy and absorption.
• Undertake real estate benchmarking by asset classes based on market research and analysis.
• Create development programs including proposed development areas (GFAs), Project components and phasing
• Suggest real estate mix, component specifications and phasing plans for proposed real estate segments
• Able to create Development briefs to drive spatial optioneering and real estate strategies in Masterplans
• Provide real estate input into feasibility studies, business plans and capital investment plans to support strategic decision-making.
• Integrate sustainable and net zero strategies in projects in addition to addressing any environmental impact assessments and mitigation measures.
• Produce clear, succinct write-ups on the UAE and KSA Markets to be included within corporate research reports and consultancy assignments.
• Work within both traditional and agile project environments with high degree of ambiguity and a track record of high-quality delivery.
• Leverage data and technology to provide innovative solutions to client\xe2\x80\x99s challenges.
• Stay abreast of industry regulations, economic indicators, and market dynamics to provide timely and relevant insights to clients.

• Assist service line leadership in identifying business development opportunities with current and potential clients.
• Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals to win work and expand the service line.
• Identify opportunities for new and integrated services, bringing the best from our global business and technical domains to our clients in the middle east and beyond.

Practice Building & Development

• Contribute to positioning our Consulting and Strategic Advisory services across the Middle East through thought leadership development and social media presence.
• Provide guidance, coaching and training to junior staff.
• Lead people-related initiatives including recruiting and retaining consulting professionals.
• Be a champion for ED&I initiatives.

Education

• MBA is required.
• Relevant Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree, preferably in Real Estate, Finance, Engineering, Economics or Business is required.

Professional Experience / Qualifications

• Overall experience: 10+ years.
• Proven experience in real estate advisory, with a track record of project delivery and management
• A combination of experience in strategy and management consulting for built environment, programme and portfolio management, market research, real estate, and financial analysis.
• Strong industry/competency background and hands on experience in real estate and infrastructure advisory
• In-depth knowledge of local and regional real estate markets, regulations, and industry best practices
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office and reporting writing skills in MS Word.
• Excellent understanding of MS Excel, financial modelling, and analytical skills, with proficiency in real estate valuation techniques.
• Exposure to Power BI and project reporting tools is preferrable.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data to deliver insightful practical solutions.

Behavioral Skills

• Excellent communication and presentation skills; capable of presenting detailed subject matter to a variety of stakeholders.
• Willingness and ability to interact with regulatory agencies, stakeholders and clients while developing effective teamwork relationships.
• Fluency in written and spoken English, Arabic is preferred.
• Willing to travel within UAE and the GCC region.
• Strong report writing, verbal and presentation skills and able to review the work of others to ensure quality.
• Able to prioritize and work effectively under pressure.
• Flexible, adaptable, and prepared to take on new challenges and work from other AtkinsR\xc3\xa9alis or client office locations.
