Babyshop\xc2\xae is looking for a seasoned marketing leader to join its team at its HO in Dubai, UAE.

We are the largest omni channel destination for baby and kids, operating in 13 markets, for the last 50 years having served over 100M customers.

Role Summary:
You will be responsible for developing and executing the brand\xe2\x80\x99s core social strategy, building on the marketing vision through various tools and strategies across the brand\xe2\x80\x99s existing social media platforms.
You will work directly with the Head of Marketing to identify opportunities within the customer-engagement front, driving the plans, leading the agency engagement
You will closely with the marketing manager to support content creation as per product marketing strategies, working closely with global brand partners and owned private label category-leads.
You will support on social listening, trends report & media insights vs competition as an executive summary to key business functions on a regular basis.
You will actively monitor performance of content, discussions, blogs including customer experience KPIs.
You will develop best practice guidelines and training for wider marketing team and global partners & franchise businesses, across Asia and Africa.
You will work with our media agency to maximize paid social activity and captures the best learning for progressive decision making.
You will lead and monitor the social agency\xe2\x80\x99s performance and support them strategic and executional directives, including aligning on business goals, priorities and performances.

Defining the ideal candidate:
You have at least 5-8 years of experience leading strategy & content focused on social media management for B2C brands.
You have a proven history of building relationships with influencers, driving ROI across channels.
You\xe2\x80\x99re on top of culture and trends, understanding what appeals to audiences
You\xe2\x80\x99re a content creation wiz, including Reels and TikTok videos
You\xe2\x80\x99re a storyteller who can captivate and engage an audience
You think outside the box
You have a knack for evaluating social media analytics and adapting strategies and tactics based on insights
Understand and love our users
You are successful at managing and optimizing a paid social media budget.
