Job Brief
Looking to hire an enthusiastic & creatively driven CRM Manager to join our team and implement improvements to the CRM processes, propose methods to acquire & retain customers and participate in growth campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Ownership of growing number of repeat customers, increasing their frequecy and revenue for the Ecommerce business.
Analyzing data to inform business development and campaigns
Driving Ecommerce CRM initiatives and overseeing execution of campaigns across notifications, sms, newsletter & chat bot
Acting as a liaison between the IT and CRM team to identify consumer segments to be targeted for campaigns
Acting as a liaison between the creative and CRM team to build creative personalized campaigns
Partnering with different stakeholders to keep them informed about upcoming data management initiatives
Maintaining and improving data management processes and accuracy
Working with IT to manage CRM system and data warehousing
Working with category & merchandising teams to manage offers, new launches, sale events and overall trading calendar.
Key Requirements
Prior experience in a similar role.
In Depth experience in using CRM tools such are Moengage, Braze or Web Engage.
Creative approach to problem solving
Experience in SQL data extraction, overseeing and driving campaigns and projects.
Analytical, data-driven and well-versed with Excel.
Detail-oriented and thrive in dynamic and fast-paced working environments.
Possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
Strong team player and comfortable working in matrix environments
