We are hiring a dynamic and responsible

Operations Manager

to fully manage our

Nursing and Caregiver Service Facility

. The ideal candidate must be proactive, self-driven, and experienced in handling

end-to-end operations

--from recruiting and managing Doctors ,Physiotherapist , Nurses and caregivers, running the day-to-day facility, handling

licensing and government paperwork's

, and

bringing in new business and opportunities

from the healthcare market.

Key Responsibilities

Take

full operational responsibility

for the Nursing and Caregiver Services business Supervise and assist with daily Health workers ,caregiving, nursing care, and staff coordination

Handle all licensing, renewals, and government paperwork

for healthcare operations Ensure compliance with local health ministry regulations (MOH, DHA, QCHP, etc.) Manage facility cleanliness, safety, inventory, and medical supply orders Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training of nurses and caregivers Handle client visits, consultations, and issue resolutions Identify and

develop new business opportunities

, partnerships, and client contracts Prepare reports, maintain documentation, and manage budgets and payrolls Represent the organization in inspections, audits, and government communications Strong knowledge of

healthcare licensing, compliance, and government documentation

Experience dealing with

health ministries and regulatory bodies

Fluency in English and Arabic is a strong plus (if based in GCC) Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and multitasking skills Must be ready to work hands-on and take initiative across all areas of the business

- Residing in Qatar

- Preferably Transferable Visa (Valid I.D. + No Objection Certificate)

- Willing to work 9 hours a day, 6 days a week.

- Salary 4000 Qr To 10000 Qr

Transportation and accommodation will be provided + overtime
