We are seeking a Manager - Digital to oversee the evolution and manage the optimization of enterprise applications, low-code platforms, intelligent automation, and AI solutions. This role supports the implementation and scaling of digital solutions to improve business processes, operational efficiency, and enhance customer and employee experiences. Key Responsibilities

Manage the deployment of digital solutions aligned with organizational strategic goals. Coordinate and support projects leveraging low-code/no-code platforms to deliver scalable solutions. Facilitate the adoption of robotic process automation and intelligent automation technologies. Manage, optimize, and modernize enterprise applications to support business operations. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance enterprise applications to meet evolving needs. Manage digital projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. Support governance activities by creating and aligning IT policies, standards, and security protocols. Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and regulatory requirements. Monitor risks associated with digital solutions and implement mitigation strategies. Qualifications and Experience

BacheloraEUR(TM)s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. Certifications in digital transformation, RPA (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere), Generative AI, or low-code platforms (e.g., Oracle APEX, N8N) are desirable. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in IT and digital roles, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial capacity. Experience managing enterprise applications, supporting digital transformation initiatives, and collaborating with diverse stakeholders. Skills

Hands-on experience with low-code platforms, intelligent automation (RPA), and related tools. Understanding of digital solution design, including user experience (UX) and agile methodologies. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify needs and propose solutions. Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities. Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Seniority level
