Job Objective To manage and coordinate bank wide digital bank initiative and to ensure successful launch. Ensure successful running of digital bank post go-live and business development. Main tasks & Accountabilities Project Coordination
- Coordinate with project manager on project timelines
- Coordinate with project consultant on actionable from bank side
- Ensure milestones are met with business requirements
- Coordinate with all stakeholders on relevant required information
- Ensure the processes required for the projects for various features and functionalities are documents
- Updating key stakeholders on regular basis on updates to digital bank project
- Highlighting any issues and risk foreseen
- Analytics on channel usage specific to customers
- Tracking and analyzing usage trends
- Generate customer reports on numbers/volumes/usage/transactions amongst other metrics and provide to stakeholders (Management and Central bank of Oman)
- Able to research on customer needs
- To translate customer needs into features/functionality
- Coordinate with other departments to launch new features
- Complete projects in time and within budget
- Ensure ROI on digital bank is met profitability
- Increase channel penetration
- Increase channel utilization
- Conduct training for branches and business units
- Handle customer complaints and provide timely resolution
- Initiate change requests (CRs) based on research, customer needs and industry standards
- Conduct UATs on channel related change requests and also other enhancements
- Business case writing (including calculating ROI)
- Ensure appropriate policies are up to date on a yearly basis
- Ensure compliance to audit reports
- Ensure compliance to CBO reporting and to Compliance departments

Required Qualification
- Essential: Bachelors in Business, IT or any other related fields.
- Desirable: Masters In Business, IT or any other related fields
- Minimum 8 years in e-Channels in a bank
