About the Role:
We are looking for a Performance/Digital Marketing Manager to drive the strategy and performance across all paid media channels. The current operations are handled by our performance agency, so this person would be the PoC for the agency and responsible for the performance across paid search, paid social, affiliates and influencer marketing channel for 6thStreet. This person should be number driven and obsessed with measurement and tracking to ensure media spends are always allocated based on performance.
Role Responsibilities:
Development and execution of our growth marketing strategy and paid media strategy in coordination with our performance agency
Improve the ROI across paid media channels to achieve the overall ROI target across the business
Measure and improve CAC across various performance marketing channels
Media planning, forecasting, and reporting on monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly plans
Responsible for forecasting and achievement of traffic & installs target across business in the most effective manner while maintaining the overall ROI
Being involved with the creative team to provide feedback on improving the creatives for ads and A/B testing different creatives and ad message in a pro-active manner
Strategic thinker looking for implementing the latest campaign types, creative formats with a testing mindset
Daily, weekly, and monthly budget management in-line with revenue achievement
Working with the CRM team for audience segmentation and integration across various platforms with the aim of personalization
Role Requirements:
Self-driven, independent thinker, solution oriented and always willing to go the extra mile
Minimum 5 years\' experience with at least 2 years in managerial role
Minimum 2 years of exposure of performance marketing in a e-commerce environment
Exceptional quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills and demonstrated ability to use data and analysis to make recommendations and drive decisions
Operational experience with paid search, paid social, Google shopping and remarketing channels
Operational experience with Google analytics and Google data studio for measurement and reporting
