About the Role:
The Digital Marketing Manager assists in delivering commercially driven omnichannel marketing strategies aimed at driving brand awareness, resort positioning, storytelling and content across owned, earned and paid media in key international markets. The Digital Marketing Manager must have a strong understanding of SEO, SEM, display advertising, social media advertising, native advertising and paid search advertising as well as website management. The Digital Marketing Manager will work closely with the Director of Marketing and Communications and the Global Digital Marketing team at One&Only Global Office, to ensure the resort\'s use of digital channels is optimal and to generate quality traffic, drive conversion, and support the achievement of commercial targets.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Support the Director of Marketing and Communications and Global Digital Marketing Team to drive digital full-funnel marketing strategies including SEM, programmatic, social, video, display banner ads etc.

Work closely with the Director of Marketing and Communications, The Digital Marketing team at Global Office, and media agencies to plan digital advertising campaigns that align with the resort need periods and execute digital advertising campaigns accordingly in key target markets.

Work closely with Director of Marketing and Communications to ensure resort website is continually updated with most recent information and content.

In tandem with the Global Digital Marketing Team, build relationships and manage global agency networks including media agencies, SEO and SEM agencies.

Drive channel integration, optimisation and management across SEO, SEM, website, social, CRM and acquisition campaigns. Track, analyze and report website and online marketing campaigns across multiple channels and customer touch points.

Manage and keep up to date Google My Business and TripAdvisor Business Advantage

Be familiar and work within budgets on campaign initiatives.

Develop and execute social media campaigns

Collaborate with agencies, freelancers, community outreach organizers, and other vendor partners.

Establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers and employees in other departments.

Collaborate with a wide variety of functional areas to execute specific marketing plans for revenue outlets within the resort.

Demonstrate keen understanding for the unique obstacles, needs and business requirements of designated functional areas.

Required Skills and Experience:

Minimum of 5 years\' experience in digital marketing, preferably with media agency, or hospitality organisation etc.

In-depth experience of working in e-commerce and digital marketing, having directly impacted online revenues.

Solid understanding of digital marketing best practices.

Strong affiliation with interactive marketing and media strategy, planning and campaign management.

Solid data analysis and interpretation.

Strong communication and writing skills.

Strong problem solving and analytical thinking skills.

Excellent knowledge of CMS systems

Has worked with Creative Automation solutions

Previous experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Datorama is idea
