Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive digital learning strategy that supports Jumeirah's global learning and development objectives.
Manage digital learning platforms such as Axonify, eCornell, and LinkedIn Learning, ensuring seamless integration, user experience optimization, and high engagement levels.
Identify learning gaps and collaborate with subject matter experts to design and deliver innovative, high-quality digital training modules.
Monitor and analyze engagement metrics, completion rates, and learning outcomes to measure ROI and continuously improve digital learning effectiveness.
Ensure global alignment with brand standards, content quality, and governance frameworks across all learning initiatives.
Lead the rollout of new content and technology enhancements, maintaining consistency in instructional design and visual identity.
Work cross-functionally with HR, IT, and operational teams to support employee development and digital learning accessibility.
Manage relationships with vendors, content creators, and technology partners to ensure timely and effective content delivery.
Ideal Profile
Minimum 5 years of experience in digital learning, instructional design, or learning platform management within a corporate or hospitality setting.
Proficiency with learning management systems and platforms such as Axonify, eCornell, or LinkedIn Learning.
Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, digital learning technologies, and user experience design.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects, vendors, and stakeholders in an international organization.
Analytical mindset with expertise in using dashboards and KPIs to assess learning impact and performance.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
