Job Description
Our Client is a well-known Luxury Retail Gp in the GCC Market seeking to hire a Manager (Database administration & BI) to join their Technology team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in database management, data analytics, reporting, and BI tools, along with leadership capabilities to oversee a team and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization. Responsibilities You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to support data integration, reporting, and strategic decision-making. Designing and maintaining secure, high-performing databases Leading BI development efforts with tools like Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView Managing ETL processes and ensuring seamless data integration Developing and maintaining BI dashboards, reports and data visualizations to support business decision-making Collaborating with stakeholders to define KPIs and reporting standards Ensuring BI tools and platforms are optimized, scalable, and aligned with business objectives Implementing data governance policies and best practices To be considered in this role you need to qualify below criteria :
7+ years of experience in database management and BI Proficiency with SQL databases (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL) Strong background in Power BI and data visualization Hands-on expertise in ETL, data modeling, and performance tuning Leadership skills and the ability to work cross-functionally #J-18808-Ljbffr
