Manager – Custody Operations (digital Asset)

Job Description
Job Purpose
The Custody Operations Manager will be responsible for the management of digital assets operations for the bank. They will oversee the day-to-day operations of our digital asset services, ensuring the highest level of security, compliance, and operational efficiency. They must have a deep understanding of blockchain technology, best practices for digital asset or blockchain operations, and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.
Technical Competencies (Role & Department Specific)
In-depth understanding of blockchain technology, digital assets, and custody best practices. Strong knowledge of security protocols, cryptographic transaction approval mechanisms, and private key management. Familiarity with relevant regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements in the cryptocurrency industry is a plus Familiarity with custody software and systems is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively
Minimum Experience
Proven experience in digital asset custody, tokenization, blockchain or a related field
