About the Role
The CRM Manager will report to the Director of CRM and Consumer Marketing and will be responsible for managing Salesforce Marketing Cloud and its supporting platforms. Working closely with the company\'s IT team and external vendors, you will oversee platform enhancements and development as well as the setup and execution of campaigns and journeys. The ideal candidate will have in-depth experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, supporting critical-transactional and marketing communication strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams is essential.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Actively supporting One&Only, SIRO and Rarefinds CRM initiatives.
Work closely with the Atlantis CRM team ensuring the CRM platforms supports all Kerzner brands.
Contribute to the development and implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales cloud, CDP, personalization tool and other platforms that support and enable CRM communication or enhancement of the guest data.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CRM initiatives with marketing, operations and reservations.
Utilize Salesforce platform to manage guest data, segment customers, and personalize communications.
Be the first point of contact for external vendors and partners to support development, enhancement and managed services.
Support IT with development that will trigger CRM communication, enrich CRM data or is CRM driven.
Manage the email marketing calendar, ensuring consistent and regular communication across brands, resorts and outlets.
Collaborate with multiple brand teams for the set up and execution of marketing communication.
Set up and maintain always on journeys.
Support critical transactional communication.
A/B testing and actively seek opportunities to improve engagement.
Campaign engagement reporting.
Thorough participation in user acceptance testing where the CRM data supports or is affected by development.
Adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility and resilience.
Skills, Experience and Educational Requirements
Bachelor\'s degree in marketing or a related field.
5+ years of experience in CRM within the hospitality industry.
Detail-orientated with focus on data accuracy and quality assurance.
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Experience with other marketing automation platforms.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
