Job Purpose
Establish and maintain relationships with global banks and financial institutions in order to increase the product lines offered to ARIE customers.
Job Responsibilities
Identify and maintain banks and FIs\' in key corridors for entering into a Correspondent Banking or other relationships
Negotiate with the identified/existing partners for better terms and conditions from a commercial and operational perspective
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and complete all activities for establishing the relationship with the identified bank/FI
Ensure that all necessary approvals/licenses required prior to launching new product/service are obtained
Ensure that all Compliance related requirements of all our partners are completed on time and provided to them
Provide fresh bank guarantees/timely renewal of existing Bank Guarantees in coordination with internal stakeholders
Provide technical support for a limited time to branches when a new product is launched to resolve service related issues
Review the performance of Correspondent Banks/service providers to ensure continuous improvement. Review will be based on pricing and FTD processing efficiency
Assist the Marketing Department in preparing marketing collaterals, especially for new products
Ensure that necessary communication is sent to our existing customers (SMS, Emails) whenever a new product is introduced
Follow up with Correspondent Banks/partners for refund of any security deposit maintained with them
Coordinate with Indian Bank representative offices in the UAE to ensure that they provide necessary support to our branches for new NRE Account opening
Arrange, coordinate, and attend roadshows/marketing events for Indian customers
Assist the branches to resolve critical customer complaints by liaising with Correspondent Banks/service providers
Job Requirements
Qualifications
Graduate or equivalent in any related field, preferably Management or Business qualification
Experience
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in the financial service or similar business lines within the UAE
Knowledge & Skills
Basic knowledge on banking payment systems and remittance services
