Job Description

This role will lead the strategic planning, development, and management of all aspects of Temenos Core banking lending (assets) products framework * Responsible for Asset product configurations in Temenos Transact/T24 system and activities such as End-to-end setup of lending products in Temenos Transact (T24) using AA (Arrangement Architecture). Configure loan types (Term Loans, Revolving Credit, Syndicated Loans, Islamic Murabaha/Ijara). Define product conditions (interest rates, fees, repayment schedules, prepayment penalties). Implement collateral management (pledges, liens, LTV ratios)

• Responsible for Loan Lifecycle management in Temenos Transact/T24 system, Origination to Closure: Configure workflows for loan disbursement, servicing, restructuring, and write-offs. Amortization & Accruals: Set up PRINCIPAL/INTEREST accounting (straight-line, declining balance). Delinquency Management: Define NPA (Non-Performing Asset) workflows and provisioning rules (IFRS9).
• Expert in Temenos Transact/T24 Lending Modules: Deep knowledge of LD (Lending), AA (Arrangement Architecture), CO (Collateral), LIM (Loan IQ Migration). Customizations: Write/enhance Temenos BASIC routines for business logic. Integrations: Work with Payment Hubs, Credit Bureaus, Rating Agencies. Troubleshooting: Debug batch job failures, accounting mismatches, and COB issues
• Conducting a business requirement study and suggesting best practice methodologies to satisfy end user requirements and implement an efficient solution.
• Co-ordinate with Vendors, IT and Business for implementation of initiative, process and systems. Carry out post implementation review of the system, suggest modifications based on user feedback.

Competencies/Skills
Education

• Minimum, Bachelor Degree in IT / Business

Work Experience

• Minimum 6-8 years in Information Technology
• Must have hands on techno functional experience on implementing Temenos Transact Assets Lending Product lifecycle management
• Experience in Project Management methodology like Waterfall, Agile and hands-on experience on tools like Jira, BMC, MS-project etc.
