Plan, coordinate, and supervise all mechanical construction activities on-site.
Manage manpower, materials, and equipment to ensure smooth project execution.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, project specifications, and company policies.
Review technical drawings, resolve design and construction issues.
Liaise with project management, engineering, and client teams to achieve project goals.
Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Prepare progress reports and documentation for management review.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education:
B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience:
Minimum
10+ years
in construction within Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industries.
Preferred:
Proven experience in
turnaround (shutdown) projects
.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
