JOB TITLE
Compliance Manager (Temp.) | Majid Al Futtaim Properties | Head Office
ROLE SUMMARY
The position holder is responsible for supporting the Senior Manager Compliance and the Manager Business Ethics in further maturing and effective implementation of the Corporate Compliance program in Properties.
ROLE PROFILE

• Support the Majid Al Futtaim Properties Business Ethics vision, strategy, and roadmap, including an annual plan and cycle for Majid Al Futtaim Properties Anti-Money Laundering, aligning with Majid Al Futtaim Holding Compliance.
• Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive Anti-Money Laundering compliance program in line with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Conduct regular risk assessments to identify and evaluate Anti-Money Laundering risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Set up Majid Al Futtaim Properties Anti-Money Laundering, KPIs and track overall program performance, including the development of supporting customer-focused dashboards.
• Monitor transactions for suspicious activity and ensure timely reporting of suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
• Develop and maintain the Majid Al Futtaim Properties Critical Policy list. Ensure that all approved MAFP critical policies are accessible for all Majid Al Futtaim Properties employees.
• Develop and implement the Majid Al Futtaim Properties annual policy review cycle. Monitor progress against this plan and escalate where required.
• Develop and maintain a key obligation performance management dashboard.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Risk Management.
• 5 to 8 years of experience at risk management, corporate compliance, or Anti-Money Laundering.
• Professional certificates on Compliance Management is a plus.
• Strong Command of the English language.
