Reporting to the Head of Service Lines Marketing, the Manager, Communications & Marketing role is responsible for managing and facilitating the implementation of marketing and communications strategic and operational plans and to address the marketing needs within the asset, in line with MH\xe2\x80\x99s overall strategic and business goals. This role is also responsible for managing the execution of marketing, communications and promotional activities and driving programs that enhance the asset and MH\xe2\x80\x99s brand reputation and ensure consistency across all the marketing and communication channels.
Responsibilities
Develops and manages the implementation of the division\xe2\x80\x99s strategic and operational goals and continuously monitor progress
towards their achievement. * Prepares the division\'s yearly budget and control costs to ensure adherence to the allocated budget.
Ensures people, financial and technological resources within the division are utilized effectively.
Develops, reviews and ensures the implementation of the division\'s policies and procedures in line with best practices to fulfill the overall
organizational requirements. * Keeps up to date with the latest developments in the widerhealthcare arena.
Drives meetings and ensure professionalism and confidentiality aremaintained at all times as per the organization\'s standard code of
conduct. * Supervises and facilitates the content generation of messages across all communication channels in English and Arabic.
Develops industry relationships and manages networking across print and digital media to facilitate media thought leadership and
strategic advertising campaigns. * Promotes collaboration with other assets to provide a uniform approach to the market.
Qualifications
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s in Business Administration, Marketing and Communications, Management Information Systems, or
Digital Media * 7+ years of progressive career experience inclusive of 5+ years management experience or 7+ years of progressive
professional experience developed through an internal succession planning process.
