About the role

As an Manager, Employee Residences you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and managing all requirements of our Colleagues, as well as supervising the daily transactions in the office of the Employee Residences. You will oversee the coordination of meal and laundry requirements as well as arrivals and inductions of new joiners. Manager, Employee Residences deals with all related human resources queries and requests to ensure a smooth running of the office. The role reports to Director of Employee Residences and has a team of Assistant Managers and Team Leaders as direct reports.

About you

Ideally, we would like you to have relevant bachelor\'s degree with a minimum of 3 years\' experience in a managerial role. Experience in a high volume environment as well as dealing both with line level staff and senior management is a must. You will have a sound knowledge of administrative processes, exceptional communication skills and excellent Microsoft Office knowledge is required, especially using Excel. In addition to the above you should have strong organisational skills with the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
