Identify, evaluate, and onboard qualified brokers and sub-brokers across key Dubai markets.
Create structured onboarding paths and partnership tiers (e.g., Gold, Silver, Freelance).
B. Sub-Broker Network Development
Establish a hierarchical sub-broker framework under primary brokers to amplify market penetration.
Set qualification standards, performance benchmarks, and promotional paths for sub-brokers.
Support brokers in recruiting and mentoring their own sub-brokers under a revenue-sharing model.
Drive adoption of training, tools, and compliance standards across the sub-broker layer.
C. Channel Partner & Collaboration Growth
Build and maintain strong relationships with collaborating agencies and broker groups.
Execute joint business plans with partners including exclusive deals, site visits, and co-branded events.
Identify collaboration opportunities with other broker networks and real estate platforms.
D. Broker & Sub-Broker Engagement
Foster a culture of loyalty and motivation through reward programs, recognition events, and contests.
Schedule regular review meetings, workshops, and feedback sessions to boost engagement.
Deliver project updates, incentive plans, and market intelligence in a timely manner.
E. Training, Enablement, and Mentorship
Roll out structured training programs for both brokers and sub-brokers--covering sales skills, product knowledge, and regulatory aspects.
Build a mentorship ladder by empowering high-performing brokers to coach their subordinates.
Ensure consistent branding and sales messaging throughout the network.
F. Governance, Compliance, and Documentation
Ensure all agreements, certifications, and documents are properly executed and recorded.
Maintain transparency in commission structures and payout cycles.
Comply with Dubai Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) and DLD policies.
G. Performance Monitoring and Analytics
