Role Summary
The role is responsible for managing key client and agency relationships, delivering integrated retail media solutions, and achieving revenue targets across digital, in-store, and omni-channel platforms. Acting as the main ambassador for MAF Precision Media, the Manager ensures seamless coordination between commercial, ad operations, and internal stakeholders to deliver measurable results and long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Growth and Sales
Achieve and exceed media revenue targets by promoting retail media solutions across digital, in-store, and omni-channel platforms.
Identify, prospect, and convert new business opportunities with brands and media agencies.
Develop and present customized media proposals that deliver strong return on investment and meet client objectives.
Oversee the full campaign lifecycle including planning, execution, performance tracking, and post-campaign reporting.
Clearly communicate the value proposition, competitive positioning, and pricing of MAF Precision Media offerings.
Maintain a strong sales pipeline with accurate forecasting, reporting, and activity tracking.
Contribute ideas and insights to evolve the retail media proposition, including new formats and commercial opportunities.
Collaboration and Client Communication
Serve as the primary point of contact for agencies and brands, managing daily communication and relationship development.
Build a deep understanding of client business goals, priorities, and marketing strategies to identify partnership opportunities proactively.
Develop long-term relationships that drive repeat business and high client satisfaction.
Partner closely with Ad Operations to prepare presentations, manage campaign execution, and monitor delivery and performance.
Collaborate with the Commercial team to align strategies with brand, category, and country-level objectives.
Human Capital Responsibilities
Support performance management by setting objectives, tracking progress, and providing regular feedback.
Mentor and support team members to build a strong internal talent pipeline.
Identify training and development needs and coordinate with the Human Resources team to address capability gaps.
Provide input into annual manpower planning and resource allocation.
Ensure compliance with MAF Retail policies, procedures, and corporate governance guidelines.
Candidate Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 6-8 years of experience in media sales, client services, marketing, or advertising, preferably within retail media, digital media, or agency environments.
Strong experience managing agency and brand relationships with proven revenue delivery.
Solid understanding of omni-channel media solutions, campaign performance metrics, and ROI-driven planning.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong commercial mindset with the ability to balance client needs and business objectives.
