Synopsis
The Manager - Cargo Data & Insights will lead the development and optimization of the Cargo Data product and platform. Bridge between business stakeholders and the Data Scrum Team, ensuring data solutions align with business goals and deliver value.

The Manager - Cargo Data & Insights will lead the development and optimization of the Cargo Data product and platform. Bridge between business stakeholders and the Data Scrum Team, ensuring data solutions align with business goals and deliver value.
Accountabilities
- Define the product vision, roadmap and growth opportunities of the Cargo Data Product Plan and prioritize the feature backlog
- Elaborate on user stories and prepare detailed requirements Facilitate UAT (user acceptance testing)
- Provide vision and direction to the agile development team Manage timelines, expectations and change
- Communicate effectively with both business stakeholders and the development teams
- Responsibility for maintaining training course material and conducting trainings as part of new roll outs and refreshers as required
- Analyse requirements and identify or design the solution to a problem
- Execute ad-hoc analyses utilizing Etihad Cargo's analytical toolkit, proactively looking for further insights and root cause Summarize / visualize results and highlight insights
- Maintain documentation repository of solutions, to include methodology
- Identify opportunities for automation and improvements to approach
- Develop and maintain proficiency with advanced analytic and database tools, in-house data sets, and other resources
- At least 3 years hands-on experience and proven successful track record in similar role, preferably in the airline industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent is preferable
- Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills
- Experience with Agile development methodologies including SAFe, Scrum and Lean Portfolio Management
- Certification in Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), SAFe Product Owner or equivalent is desirable
- Demonstrated success in defining, delivering and launching products
- Intermediate SQL skills
- Advanced user of PowerBI is desirable
