Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven and well-connected Business Development Manager to strengthen GoWide's presence in the Saudi Arabian market.
The ideal candidate will have a proven network of enterprise and government clients, a strong grasp of SAP, Salesforce, and AI-driven business solutions, and the ability to independently create new business opportunities through strategic engagement, relationship building, and market insight.
This is a performance-focused role, directly reporting to the Chief of Sales, where success is measured by the ability to build market presence, generate quality leads, and convert opportunities into tangible business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Market Development & Strategy
Build and execute a focused go-to-market strategy for GoWide Solutions in Saudi Arabia.
Identify key industries and sectors aligned with national transformation goals such as Vision 2030.
Leverage existing market knowledge and relationships to open doors and establish GoWide as a trusted technology partner.
Strategically position GoWide's SAP, Salesforce, and AI services to address current business and technology challenges.
2. Business Growth & Client Engagement
Proactively generate new business opportunities through
in-person meetings, seminars, and industry events
.
Engage with
C-level executives, decision-makers, and influencers
to understand their challenges and present tailored solutions.
Lead the complete business development cycle -- from identifying prospects and pitching solutions to negotiating and closing deals.
Continuously explore and nurture relationships that can drive both short-term wins and long-term partnerships.
3. Networking & Market Presence
Represent GoWide at
industry conferences, summits, and networking forums
to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
Maintain an active presence in the local business ecosystem -- building relationships with clients, partners, and strategic influencers.
Use market insights to identify emerging trends and position GoWide at the forefront of digital transformation discussions.
4. Performance & Accountability
Maintain a focused approach to achieving defined business outcomes -- including
consistent client meetings, qualified pipeline growth, and successful deal closures
.
Monitor and report sales activities, forecasts, and performance metrics in alignment with company goals.
Demonstrate ownership, accountability, and persistence in converting potential opportunities into confirmed business.
Requirements & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
6-8 years of proven experience in enterprise technology sales within SAP, Salesforce, or AI domains.
Strong professional network within the Saudi market with a record of building trusted client relationships.
Excellent understanding of market dynamics, industry demands, and digital transformation trends in KSA.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset, self-driven, and focused on achieving business outcomes.
