Key Responsibilities
Oversee full-cycle implementation of brand initiatives aligned with Jumeirah's 2030 vision
Collaborate cross-functionally to embed Brand Rituals, Code, and Governance across all hotels
Drive unique guest experience strategies in partnership with Hotel Operations
Work closely with Learning & Development teams to deliver brand training modules
Engage internal Brand Champions through communications, events, and performance feedback
Monitor brand performance metrics and manage related budgets
Coordinate with marketing teams, agencies, and global stakeholders to maintain brand consistency
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field
Minimum 5 years' experience in brand management or hotel operations, preferably in luxury hospitality or travel sectors
Proven ability to manage large-scale brand projects with multiple stakeholders
Strong communication, presentation, and project coordination skills
Fluent in English; excellent writing and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office; understanding of brand performance tools and frameworks
International experience and familiarity with corporate branding, hotel standards, and luxury guest expectations preferred
