Manage ADNOC Aviation refuelling activities (Into-plane operations) and non-refuelling activities (Depot & Hydrant Operations), along with marketing and business development at all civil airports/air strips within Abu Dhabi region and Island Airport, ensuring compliance with company procedures, local & international laws, and customer specifications. Key Responsibilities
Prepare quotations for additional aviation services, ensure proper delivery, invoicing, and payment collection. Maintain valid credit and carnet customer lists for airport depot operations. Ensure services are delivered only to permitted customers confirmed by the sales team. Ensure availability of monthly posted airport prices for cash sales. Collect cash from non-credit customers promptly and deposit in bank; manage cheque collections from credit customers. Participate in business development and promotional activities. Operational Responsibilities
Into-Plane Operations
Ensure delivery of aircraft refuelling and defueling services as per IATA SLA and company procedures, safeguarding assets. Deliver fuels according to latest specifications: Jet A-1 (AFQRJOS, Def Stan 91-91, ASTM D 1655) and Avgas 100LL (ASTM D-910, Def Stan 91-90). Maintain a valid refuelling liability insurance certificate of US$1 billion. Estimate sales across airports, allocate resources, and ensure timely renewal of vehicle registration and passes. Coordinate with airport authorities to ensure refuelling compliance and monitor asset utilization. Depot & Hydrant Operations
Maintain minimum 3-day stock levels, coordinate fuel availability with refinery, and ensure timely stock and financial system closures. Ensure insurance coverage and fuel integrity from receipt to aircraft delivery. Manage depot and hydrant operations including receipt, handling, quality control, flushing, and system checks per JIG standards. Quality, Safety, and Compliance
Perform timely quality checks, ensure compliance with procedures, and document deviations. Participate in incident investigations, audits, risk assessments, and business continuity planning. Conduct emergency response exercises, oversee maintenance coordination, and ensure safety of operations. Projects & Expansion
Oversee infrastructure upgrades, coordinate modifications, and participate in technical projects to improve operations. Customer Relations & Complaint Resolution
Maintain good customer and airport authority relationships, resolve complaints, and ensure contractual obligations are met. Investigate incidents, recommend corrective actions, and report to senior management. Qualifications & Experience
BacheloraEUR(TM)s degree in engineering, science, or commerce. Minimum 12 years of experience managing aviation fuel facilities, with at least 6 years in managerial roles. #J-18808-Ljbffr
