We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Assistant to the Manager with strong experience in Real Estate and Accounting. The ideal candidate will support daily operations, manage client communications, assist with property listings, handle basic financial tasks, and ensure smooth workflow for the management team.
Key Responsibilities:
Real Estate Tasks:
Manage property listings, inquiries, and client follow-ups
Prepare tenancy contracts, Tawtheeq applications, and renewals
Coordinate property viewings and schedule appointments
Maintain and update CRM systems and property databases
Prepare marketing materials and assist with advertising and social media updates
Accounting & Administrative Tasks:
Handle basic accounting entries, invoicing, receipts, and petty cash
Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports
Assist in budgeting and expense management
Organize documents, files, and contracts
Provide executive support to the Manager with daily tasks, meeting coordination, and office management
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years experience in UAE real estate (mandatory)
Experience in accounting or bookkeeping
Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and digital tools
Ability to multitask, solve problems, and work independently
Professional, organized, and reliable

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
