Medical Center Manager Required
A well-established medical center in Al Ain is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Medical Center Manager to oversee and lead the operations of the facility. Preference will be given to candidates with a background in medical marketing and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
Full supervision and daily management of the medical center.
Leading the administrative and medical teams to ensure optimal performance and high-quality service.
Coordinating with insurance companies, laboratories, and suppliers.
Monitoring financial and administrative reports and achieving operational targets.
Ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.
Developing and implementing marketing plans to attract patients and enhance the center's reputation.
Establishing medical partnerships with companies and factories in the region.
Requirements:
University degree (preferably in Business Administration or Healthcare Management).
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience managing a medical center or clinic.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Proven experience in medical marketing and fieldwork.
Proficiency in dealing with medical insurance systems and clinic management software.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month
