Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of the cafe/bakery, ensuring smooth workflow and an excellent guest experience.
Lead, guide, and supervise staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
Monitor product quality, service standards, and cleanliness across all departments.
Review daily sales, control expenses, and implement strategies to improve profitability.
Work closely with kitchen and bakery teams to ensure timely and high-quality output.
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
Maintain inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and minimize wastage.
Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene standards, and local regulations.
Support menu development, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.
Prepare daily and weekly operational reports for management.
Qualifications
Minimum
5 years of experience in F&B management
, preferably in a cafe or bakery setting.
UAE experience preferred
.
Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
Solid understanding of cost control, inventory management, and operational processes.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Familiarity with POS systems and basic reporting tools.
